教你“3招”，让蚊子“全军覆没”

第①招：翻盆倒罐清积水，不给蚊虫留温床

室内 · 清积水

水生植物要定期换水洗瓶（每星期至少1次），勿让花盆托盘留有积水。
及时清理厨房和卫生间闲置容器、饮水机托盘等积水。

室外 · 清积水

重点排查房屋前后、花园、阳台、天台、水池、树洞、绿化带等地，及时清理废弃容器、水养植物的容器、轮胎、杂物、塑料垃圾、竹筒等积水。
各种闲置盆罐、饮料罐、食品盒、玻璃瓶等废弃容器，及时清除丢弃或翻倒过来。

第②招：积极动手灭蚊虫，家里家外无死角

居家发现有成蚊时，可使用市售有合格证号的杀虫气雾剂、蚊香、灭蚊片等卫生杀虫剂等灭蚊，施药前先关闭门、窗，施药后人员离开，0.5~1小时后再打开门、窗通风20分钟后，人方可进入室内。也可电蚊拍等击杀。

第③招：严防死守防叮咬，个人防护记心间

室内 · 防叮咬

家居安装纱门、纱窗（纱网筛目小于20目，即筛孔平均边长0.9mm），在纱窗上喷洒杀虫剂效果更佳；睡觉时使用蚊帐。

室外 · 防叮咬

出门穿着浅色长袖衣服及长裤。
避免在蚊虫出没频繁的时段在树阴、草丛、凉亭等户外阴暗处逗留。
在外露的皮肤及衣服上可使用含有避蚊胺、驱蚊酯、派卡瑞丁、柠檬叶、桉叶油等成分的驱蚊产品。
